Activating our local food shed and creating products from surplus food.
In 2017, CSFR launched our product innovation initiative that seeks to (1) support & advocate for local food producers/entrepreneurs & (2) re-purpose surplus food that would've otherwise gone to waste.
In our first partnership, we teamed up with Local Relic Brewery and Windy Acres Farm to create a "Smoked Chili Pumpkin Ale" made from local chili peppers and pumpkins.
